In this document, "77fg", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to 77fg casino and betting services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who is registered on or using this platform.

These terms and conditions apply to users residing in Bangladesh. All gaming activities on the 77fg platform — slots, casino table games, live dealer games, and sports betting — are covered by these terms.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 77fg platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank). No other methods are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka) for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

For verified accounts, withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. However, this time may increase if security checks or additional documents are required.

4.4 Account Verification

Before submitting a withdrawal request, you may be required to verify your identity. 77fg may request a copy of your national ID card, birth registration certificate, or passport. Withdrawals may be held until this process is completed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

77fg offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000, the bonus will be ৳15,000 (the maximum limit) and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to bonus funds. The wagering requirement is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

Bonuses may only be used to play games on the 77fg platform. A member is eligible for only one welcome bonus. If bonus abuse, bonus arbitrage, or any attempt at fraud is detected, 77fg reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 77fg platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Services from recognised software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe are used to run the games.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, displayed odds may change at set times. It may not be possible to cancel a bet after an event has started. Bet settlements will be made based on the official results issued by the relevant sporting authority.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game session is left incomplete due to a server outage, disconnection, or technical error, 77fg may cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. If a technical error in a game result is proven, 77fg reserves the right to declare that bet void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77fg platform:

• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another player's account.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's security systems or game algorithms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Operating an account in the name of a third party without 77fg's approval.

If any of these prohibited activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonuses for which the applicable wagering requirements have not been met cannot be withdrawn.

8.2 Suspension by 77fg

77fg may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Clear evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's technical systems.

77fg will not be held liable for any financial loss arising from the use of the 77fg platform. Online gaming and betting are inherently risky by nature, and each member participates entirely at their own risk.

77fg will bear no liability in the following cases:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Faults in the user's device or software.
• Third-party software issues beyond 77fg's control.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure events.

Under no circumstances will 77fg's total liability exceed the amount deposited by the member during the relevant period.
